At BLV, we pride ourselves in quality products and outstanding customer service. If you are experiencing problems with your Blue Lab Vapors e-liquid, please read our troubleshooting section below. If this does not solve your problem, please contact us using the form below or email us at info@bluelabvapors.com

Please note: We are unable to accept returns or refunds for e-liquid products due to hygienic reasons. We will replace e-liquid products absolutely free in the event the item received was not the item ordered.

Please review our page on “How to choose an e-liquid” to make sure you are using the proper VG/PG ratio and nicotine level for your needs and device.

Troubleshooting:
Flavor doesn’t taste right: All of our e-liquids are made fresh to order, this means your e-liquid has not been sitting on a shelf for months. Steeping is a process which can enhance flavor and your vaping experience, much like aging a fine wine. Our e-liquid is ready to vape when you receive it, however, every e-liquid gets a little better when steeped.

To steep an e-liquid: store it in a cool, dark place and shake regularly until you’re satisfied with the flavor (generally 1-2 weeks of steeping is plenty). Occasionally open the bottle to let fresh air in.

E-liquid tastes burnt or harsh: The burnt or harsh taste is generally caused by two major factors – a dry wicking material or residue buildup on the atomizer coil. Remember to change your coils regularly. There probably isn’t a single electronic cigarette user who has never had at least a slight burnt taste. The higher the VG to PG ratio the thicker the e-liquid, this can cause a slower wicking speed thus causing dry hits.

PG: Some vapers may experience a sensitivity or allergy to propylene glycol (PG). If you experience a sensitivity or have any reactions to PG, we recommend stop vaping and contact your doctor immediately.

Nicotine: Nicotine is generally the leading factor in which contributes to the “throat hit” of any e-liquid. You and only you will be able to determine what nicotine level is right for you. If you are experiencing too much throat hit or are feeling too “buzzed” from the nicotine, we recommend choosing a lower nicotine level.
